the Canadian Rock band Nockelback's sixth single in the album All the Right
Reasons. It debuted as no. 50 in the US Billboard Hot 100, and climbed to no. 17.
It was used as Animal planet's "I'm Alive" show theme.
I am listening to the song,
right now, and it feels so nostalgic! I used to listen to it when I was in
high school and I haven't heard it ever since then. That was about 6 years ago.
It was one of my favorite songs. I liked the piano in the beginning, the music
in general and the lyrics. The song means to say that the world would be a
better place if everyone loved and cared for each other.
As to why I remembered
the song now, of all time, is because I saw this a while ago:
