Anime character of the day (6)

Character: Mikasa Ackerman
Anime: Shingeki no Kyojin / Attack on Titans
Age: 15
Role: One of the three main characters
About the character: Mikasa was adopted by the Yeager family at the age of 9 after a tragedy that killed her parents and left her alone. Eren was the one who saved her and she was taken into his family. After that incident her cheerfulness was no more and she had to understand that to survive she has to fight. She has a strong character with great fighting abilities.

 Why I chose her: Well first of all she's an awesome female character :D Finally females here do something instead of standing on the sidelines screaming for help. She joined the military forces following Eren and Armin in an attempt to protect them and keep an eye on them. Although she's top of her class she joins the survey corps with Eren. She's very protective and apparently has a soft spot for Eren, she would stop at nothing to ensure his safety.

I tried not to spoil anything that's why this review is kind of short :D Watch the anime and you'll like it ;)
